With large screen and fast running speed, both Galaxy Note 10.1 and The new iPad are powerful multimedia tools. On taking photos, Galaxy Note 10.1 is equipped with 5-megapixel rear camera and 1.9-megapixel front-facer while The new iPad gets 5-megapixel rear camera and a VGA front camera.

On watching videos, while The new iPad supports MP4/M4V/MOV files, Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 gets more selections in the list. Since no DVD drives are available in those two devices, users need to figure out ways to watch DVD on Galaxy Note 10.1 and watch DVD on The new iPad.

  1. I do like many of the features that are coming on the Note 10.1, but I’m not sure I’d drop $500 for it. Sure there is the fast processor and the fancy pen, but I can’t find good reason to pay extra for those. At least with an iPad, I would get a better screen and the option to get an LTE plan. I’ll be sure to test the Note 10.1 out to see how it works compared to the iPad.
